Become a Hospice Spring Bouquet Sale Coordinator Today!

If you are interested in becoming a 2024 Spring Bouquet Sale Coordinator, please complete the form below. Any coordinator signed up online by December 31st will be entered to win some HPCB merchandise!

A minimum order of $100 is required to be considered for preorder. Orders less than $100 can be purchased from participating florists or public sites.

Bouquet Coordinator Sign Up

A bouquet sale coordinator simply signs up your place of business or school to participate in the sale, takes the internal orders in your office/school, collects payment, places the bouquet order with HPCB, and distributes the beautiful bouquets upon delivery.
