HPCB also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.

HPCB uses the personally identifiable information you provide to us online to provide you with the item(s) you have requested/ordered confirm your order/donation respond to your inquiries or requests for further information.
HPCB provides opportunities throughout our site to contact a representative for more information. Those communications (direct e-mail or form submission, in a few cases) are monitored solely by HPCB staff members. A security device (i.e. encryption) does protect the information you provide to us.
The section of our web site where you may be asked to provide more sensitive information (i.e. credit card numbers) is a secure site. HPCB ensures the security of the personal information you provide to us. All information you provide to us through this site is encrypted and can only be read by select staff members of the Hospice Foundation of Western New York, an affiliate of HPCB.
