POMP - Photographs of Meaning Project
POMP is an intervention tailored specifically for caregivers of children in our Essential Care for Children program. This innovative research project combines two evidence-based psychosocial interventions and funnels them through a new social media app. Participating caregivers were asked to post 2-3 photographs and narratives, based on pre-determined themes, to a private social media portal once a week for nine weeks. This photo & narrative exhibit will give you an opportunity to learn about children’s caregivers’ feelings and experiences.
PCI’s Research Team’s mission is to improve quality of life and experience for our patients, their families and their caregivers.
