"Ingram Micro has had an established presence in WNY for over 30 years and when you have over 1,300 associates employed locally, unfortunately, there will be a time when we all need to have support in the area of palliative care. Hospice Buffalo has helped many Ingram Micro families through the difficult stages of saying goodbye to a loved one and has done so with so much professionalism, generosity and true caring, that it became an obvious choice for us to do all we could to give back to them directly, while also supporting the entire WNY community indirectly."

"I wish I could personally thank each person that helped us with my dad (if you knew him when he was well, you would have enjoyed his humor and zest for life). It was a very difficult time for us all. Thank you for all the care and concern. And please thank the music therapist, may dad loved music."

"My dad William just passed on Monday night at Hospice. It was the best care he could of had in his last days on earth. The nurses, the CNAs, social workers, pastoral care and he was very lucky to have been in your care. It was the best care he had in the 2 plus years in a health care setting, where the care was not so good.

When my dad came in Friday night, the nurse on duty came in right away to tell me how he was doing. The nurse on duty the weekend, was great too. i would go to my dad's room and on my heals was the nurse, right behind me in the room ASAP telling me what happened over night or in the morning. I did not have to run around looking for some one to ask or for help. It was nice to know I could finally relax and trust a group of really caring folks!"

"I admire all the people involved in Hospice. They are very strong and very tender...I know...had them for my wonderful husband Nick...I don't know how I could have handled that time in my life without them...I know he knew they were there to help him in the end of his time here with all his family....Thank God for them..."
