Our Grateful Families Program is a way to recognize those who have provided exceptional care.
Our Shining Star program offers families the opportunity to say “thank you” for the support they received from a Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo team member. Send a note of thanks to one or more HPCB employees who made a difference in your loved one’s care. Our Shining Stars will be recognized by the organization and receive a Shining Star lapel pin to wear as a symbol of pride in service.
