Essential Friends

Essential Friends Holiday Shopping Spree

essential-care-for-children1.jpgEssential Care for Children is the pediatric home care program of The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. The program provides medical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual care to children with life-threatening illness and their families. Children in the program may have cancer, cystic fibrosis, neurological conditions, immune deficiency or other conditions.

The Essential Friends is a group of dedicated women who have been fundraising for the Essential Care for Children program since 1998. This group of friends has raised more than $90,000 for Essential Care with their annual event. Now in the fifteenth year of fundraising, there are two groups of Essential Friends and two events. One is hosted in the North and one in the South.

Each group hosts a Holiday Shopping Spree for ladies in our community. With unique vendors and boutique style shopping they are the perfect place to get your holiday shopping done.

The Events:

Both events are $35 per person pre sale and $40 at the door. Ticket includes hors d' oeuvres and a complimentary drink.
