Christy leads a dedicated clinical team of five focused on community outreach and collaboration with human service agencies, healthcare providers, clinical offices, and hospitals. Together, they help present hospice and palliative care services, guide conversations around end-of-life goals, and support patient enrollment. A key priority for Christy and her team is expanding access to care for historically underserved populations. Christy is especially passionate about palliative care and firmly believes it should be available throughout the entire continuum of serious illness.
