Monthly Giving Club
What is the Monthly Giving Club?
The Monthly Giving Club allows you to easily make your Gift to the Hospice Foundation in regular monthly installments from a credit card, debit card or checking/savings account.
How does it help Hospice?
Monthly contributions provide Hospice with a steady, on-going source of funding. Gifts made through this program help keep our administrative costs low, cut down on mailing costs and paper, and allow more of each gift to be used to support Hospice services.
What are the benefits?
- Monthly gifts are "greener" because there is less paper used. Since Hospice can rely on your monthly contributions, the number of solicitations you receive from us will be less frequent, if you wish.
- By choosing to allow deductions to continue from year to year, you will be counted among Hospice's most loyal and valued donors and be recognized for your participation in Journeys and our Annual Report.
- Monthly Giving allows you to make your yearly contribution at a leadership level because your gift is divided into manageable monthly increments. Please consider joining The Klosterman Society with a monthly gift of $84.

Absolutely! Your membership is voluntary and you can increase, decrease or stop your monthly giving at any time by contacting us at (716) 686-8090 or donation@palliativecare.org.
