Hospice programs across New York State will once again be partnering with Wilson Farms, Wilson Farms Express, and Sugarcreek stores for the 3rd annual Sunflower Days promotion.
Purchase your Sunflower this summer for $ 1.00 to show your support of Hospice in our community.
Last year, the campaign raised over $ 34,000 for Hospice services across the state and over $ 20,000 for Hospice Buffalo.
