2012 Calendar of Events
The Hospice Foundation conducts a number of fund raising events and special promotions each year. These events combine with a number of community sponsored activities that benefit the Hospice Foundation.

26th Annual Hospice Buffalo Spring Bouquet Sale March 5 - 10, 2012 Welcome spring with lovely mixed bouquets from Hospice Buffalo. This promotion is the largest annual fund raising event for Hospice. Bouquets are available for $8 at participating flower shops, corporate & school pre-sale locations, and public sites such as hospitals and downtown buildings. If you are interested in becoming a Pre-Sale coordinator for your company or school call the Hospice Foundation at 686-8090. |

16th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk May 20, 2012 A 5K (3.1 mile) walk to remember loved ones no longer with us and honor our current and future Hospice patients. Registration & celebration picnic held at the Erie Canal Harbor Central Wharf. Over 3,000 walkers are expected for this year's Walk. Presented by Wegmans.

Summer Affair August 16, 2012 at AcQua Celebrate an evening out with friends, co-workers and family on the beautiful Buffalo waterfront. Join us in end of summer revelry including cocktails, light fare, theme package auction, raffles and live music from the Strictly Hip. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person and include drink tickets. Corporate Sponsorship packages are available for $500 - $5,000. Last year, over 450 guests enjoyed this spectacular summer event on the waterfront - so don't miss out on the HOTTEST party of the summer! 21 and over event. |

12th Annual Harvest Festival A celebration of Hospice friends & family October 12, 2012 Presented by the Buffalo Bills Adam's Mark Hotel, Grand Ballroom This is the premier event for The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, celebrating the Friends and Family of Hospice. The event is at the Adam's Mark Hotel Grand Ballroom. Tickets are $200 per person. The evening will begin with a 90-minute wine tasting cocktail reception, silent auctions and be followed by a fabulous sit down dinner. The festivities will conclude with a live auction and dancing.

24th Annual Light-A-Life Tree Lighting Ceremony December 1, 2012 Individuals may purchase tags & bells inscribed with their loved ones' names which are displayed on the tree. Gifts are $30, $55, $100 and $500. Each year the tree is displayed at CTG, 800 Delaware Avenue and remains lit throughout the month of December. |
