Hospice Buffalo - Memorial Walkway

For more than a quarter of a century, Hospice has provided medical care, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families confronting advanced illness.

Hospice's mission is to enhance the quality of life for each patient and to support the patient's family throughout their bereavement. The mission of the Hospice Foundation of WNY, Inc. is to provide comprehensive support for services provided by Hospice Buffalo, and its affiliates in Erie County, New York. The Hospice Foundation exists to solicit, administer, and invest all charitable gifts on behalf of The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care.

The Hospice Memorial Garden Walkway is a unique and memorable opportunity to support Hospice's Capital Fund. Bricks along the walkway are available for purchase and will be engraved according to your individual wishes, and space limitations according to each bricks size.
