Medical Social Worker - Float Home Care Teams/HIU

Job Type:

Full Time: Days 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM;

Part Time: Days 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Description:

Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school. NYS Certified and current Licensure required (LMSW) Licensed Masters of Social Worker. One year of clinical counseling experience in Hospice or a health related field required. Experience with grief/loss issues and with community resources. A valid New York State drivers license and a car available for use when on-duty.
