Home Health Aide

Completion of an NYSHD HHA training program with HHA Certification. Minimum age 16 with experience in personal care & /or homemaking preferred. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to record messages & keep records. FT HHA must have current NYS driver's license & car available. Must be able to provide services to all pts residing in Erie County.
