Job Type:

Full Time & Part Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Description:

Graduate of high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma & completion of a state-approved certified nurse aide training program. NYS HHA certified or the ability to obtain this is required. Experience in a long term care facility required. Successful completion of supplementary Hospice internal training sequence. Will obtain certification as a "Hospice & Palliative Care Nursing Assistant" when eligible. Must have NYS drivers license & a car available for use when on duty.
