Faces of Hospice

The Faces of Hospice mosaic was created as a fundraiser to celebrate Hospice Buffalo's 30^th Anniversary of service to the community.  Volunteers, patient's families, and employees of Hospice Buffalo were asked to draw two pictures, a self-portrait and a picture of a flower.  These drawings were compiled, and in the end, transformed into a mosaic of a bouquet of flowers to represent Hospice Buffalo's signature event, the Hospice Buffalo Spring Bouquet Sale^TM. 

 Faces of Hospice note cards and prints are now available for purchase in the Administration Building at the Hospice Mitchell Campus.

 Pricing is as follows:

$12 - pack of ten note cards with envelopes

$20 - 11 x 14" matted print

$30 - 16 x 20" matted print
