Medical Director
Dr. Kerr oversees all medical care and treatment provided to patients and families. He joined The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care in 1999.
Dr. Kerr has a certification in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine by the AAHPM. He received his doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Ohio and a doctorate of Philosophy from Ohio State University with a concentration in Neurobiology. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Department of Internal Medicine, University of Rochester.

Dr. Tangeman joined Hospice Buffalo in 2005. Prior to Hospice, Dr. Tangeman was in private practice in Internal Medicine with Buffalo Medical Group.
Dr. Tangeman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also has a certification in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine by the AAHPM. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital where he also served as Chief Resident.
Megan O'Shea Farrell, M.D.

We are pleased Dr. Farrell joined the Hospice Buffalo team. Prior to joining Hospice, Dr. Farrell was the Head of Endocrinology at the John M. Lore' Jr. M.D. Head and Neck Center at Sister's Hospital.
Dr. Farrell is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with an additional certification in Endocrinology. Dr. Farrell is Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine. She received her doctorate in Medicine from the State University at Buffalo and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at UB. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at UB and also completed a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at UB/Children's Hospital of Buffalo.

Dr. Lipome joined Hospice Buffalo in 2008. Prior to joining Hospice, Dr. LiPome worked at Buffalo Medical Group PC, as a hospitalist.
Dr. LiPome is cetified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine. He received his doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB). He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UB.
Dr. Debra Luczkiewicz, M.D.

Dr. Luczkiewicz joined Hospice Buffalo in 2009. She is also a part time Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University at Buffalo, seeing patients in private practice and supervising residents and medical students in training.
Dr. Luczkiewicz is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She received her doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at UB.
Elizabeth Maher, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Maher joined Hospice Buffalo in 2004. Prior to working at Hospice, Dr. Maher served as an Emergency Room Physician at Medina Memorial Health Care System where she also was appointed Director of Emergency Services.
Dr. Maher is certified by the American Board of Family Practice with an additional certification in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine by the AAHPM. She received her doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Highland Hospital in Rochester.
Robert A. Milch, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Staff Physician and Medical Director, Emeritus
Dr. Milch joined Hospice Buffalo in 1978 as volunteer Medical Director, leaving private practice to be Medical Director of The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care in 1993. Prior to joining Hospice, Dr. Milch began private practice of General and Vascular Surgery at Buffalo Medical Group in 1975.
Dr. Milch is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a certification in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine by the AAHPM. He received his doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Buffalo General Hospital.
William J. Wnuk, M.D.
Staff Physician
Dr. Wnuk joined Hospice Buffalo in 2009. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine. Currently Dr. Wnuk is a staff physician of the Concord Medical Group and Medical Director of the Fiddler's Green Manor Nursing Home.
Dr. Wnuk holds his doctorate of Medicine from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his residency in internal medicine-pediatrics at SUNY at Buffalo Medical-Dental Hospital Consortium.

Carol A. Miller, RN, MSN
Nurse Practitioner
Carol joined the Hospice team in 2004 as a nurse practitioner. Carol's position with Hospice includes seeing Palliative Care service patients at Millard Filmore Suburban Hospital and home Hospice patients on Teams 5 and 6. Prior to joining Hospice Carol was a Clinical Nurse Practitioner at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State.
Carol received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Daeman College in Amherst, New York.
Susanne Hebert, MS,RN,CS, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Susanne has been with Hospice Buffalo since 2001. She presently does the medical management of The Hospice Buffalo House, a 10 bed hospice facility. Susanne is also currently working with Team 7, Nuring Home Team. She has been part of the Palliative Care Physicians Group, PLLC since 2004.
Susanne completed her education at D'Youville College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Paractitioner.
Cary Sisti, MS, ANP, CHPN
Director of Inpatient and Residence Services
Cary joined the Hospice team in 1997 as a registered Nurse. In 2003 she assumed the position as the Director of the Hospice Inpatient Unit and in 2008 Cary became the Director of Inpatient Services and Residence and she also provides medical coverage in the Hospice Inpatient Unit.
Cary received her her Associate Degree in Nursing at Sister's School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science Degree at Daemen College and her Master's Degree in the Adult Nurse Practitioner Program at Daemen College.
