Designated Memorials
When the time comes, you may designate the Hospice Foundation as beneficiary of memorials, so that family and friends can make donations to Hospice in memory of your loved one.
Please ask the funeral director to insert the following in the obituary notice:

The opportunity exists for lasting recognition of your loved one. When cumulative memorial gifts total $1,800 or more in an individual's name, that person's name will be inscribed on the granite pillar in our Memorial Garden. For more information, please call (716) 686-8090.
