Designated Memorials

When the time comes, you may designate the Hospice Foundation as beneficiary of memorials, so that family and friends can make donations to Hospice in memory of your loved one.

Please ask the funeral director to insert the following in the obituary notice:

                    The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to

                    The Hospice Foundation of WNY

                    Buffalo, NY 14227

The opportunity exists for lasting recognition of your loved one.  When cumulative memorial gifts total $1,800 or more in an individual's name, that person's name will be inscribed on the plaque in our Memorial Garden.  For more information, please call (716) 686-8090.
