NYS RN license and BSN required. Masters Degree in Nursing and/or Administration or willingness to obtain required. A minimum of 2 years of Clinical management experience is required as well as supervisory experience in other community-based care. Hospice experience preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years clinical nursing experience required.
